Hey there, I’m Nicole! I’m a Pilates instructor, and I LOVE pickleball!
When I started playing pickleball, I was just playing with friends a few times a week and because we were all beginners, there was a lot of standing around and missing the ball!
But as my pickleball addiction grew and I began to play longer games AND get better with my shots, an old knee injury began to flare up. Then I got ‘tennis/pickleball elbow’!
This was despite the Pilates and weight training that I was already doing!
I realized I needed more specific pickleball-targeted movement training and thus Pilates for Pickleball was born!
What I teach in the P4P program is based on my almost 15 years of movement teaching experience as well as my love of pickleball and movement.
I’m keen to share this training with other pickleball players so that we can all keep playing more pickleball, reduce joint pain and play better!
